Insurance
Temporary repairs like tarping are an important part of the insurance process. You may need to pay for them up front while your claim is reviewed. We add them to your claim and work to get them covered, so keep your receipts and photos.
How the claim process worksQuestions
How long can a tarp stay on my roof?
A tarp is a temporary fix. We recommend scheduling permanent repairs or a replacement as soon as your claim and materials allow, so the tarp is not left in place longer than needed.
Will insurance pay for emergency tarping?
Many policies include coverage for reasonable steps to prevent further damage. We document everything and add it to your claim, but coverage depends on your policy.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. Call us and we will tell you what we need to get started.
